Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All SuperPro Suspension components, which are supplied for the specific applications listed in the catalogue and are fitted according to SuperPro fitting guidelines, are covered by a 3-year or 60,000km* limited warranty against factory defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty is limited to replacement of the faulty component only and does not cover the cost of removal and replacement and consequential damage, where this limitation is permitted under Australian State and Federal Legislation.

All warranty returns must be submitted by an authorised SuperPro Distributor and must be correctly tagged for identification purposes, however if required customers may also contact SuperPro directly through the below contact details.

* 3 year 60,000km Warranty applies for vehicles on Australian roads only and does not cover for “Race” or “Motorsport” use. International customers should contact their local distributor for details of warranty terms for their market.
